Returns & Refund Policy

At 3Dees Tees, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or printing error.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 3deestees@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item (recommended to include in the first message)

We will then provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear in your account

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please:

  1. Return the original item using the steps above

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
